When there is a requirement for DF to share data with a 3rd party in the delivery of a service, and this sharing has been approved by the Data controller as a requirement of the Service to be provided, DF will take appropriate steps to ensure the integrity of the 3rd party’s security.
How long will DF keep my information?
We will hold your information on our systems for as long as is necessary for the relevant service, or for as long as it is set out in any relevant contract you / your organisation hold with DF.
