FAQs

How long does it take to get fibre installed?

That can depend on factors such as the type of fibre product you are ordering and your exact location. When we quote you for a fibre connection, we will give you an estimated lead time from the network carrier. Leased usually take longer than FTTP circuits.

Will a router be provided?

You can opt for a connection with or without a router in most cases.

Is the router wireless enabled?

We do not provide wireless routers with business connections. We can advise you on the best wireless solution for your business to make the most of your new internet speeds.

How long is the minimum term?

That depends on the type of service you opt for. On FTTP connections we can usually provide 12 or 24 month terms although some network providers will require you to commit for 36 months.

What happens at the end of my minimum term?

Once the minimum term has completed, you can either cancel the service or continue on a monthly basis. Some circuits require 90 days notice to cancel. We do not roll your contract on for another 12 months like some providers if you don’t cancel at the end of the minimum term.

What happens if I move premises?

In a lot of cases we can arrange for the connection to be cancelled and reprovided at your new location.
